This is super scary but I told myself I was going to do it ✌ What I’m trying to achieve with the Bikini Body Guide is muscle definition and toning. I’m NOT trying to lose weight, I am trying to gain strength and muscle. So here’s Week 1! Progress pics in another couple of weeks ☺ (excuse the messy room please).
